The junior high team played two matches against Albany. This match was rescheduled from February 5.
First game
Final score: Pattonsburg 200, Albany 210
This game was very close. Regular play ended with both teams tied at 180. The game went into overtime, and it seemed the Panthers were going to win as Ryelin Hulet scored two quick tossups just after the overtime started. However, it takes THREE questions to win in overtime, and Albany came from behind to win by only one question. It was the best game played by any Pattonsburg scholar bowl team this season.
Scorers for Pattonsburg were Ryelin Hulet with 70, Quincy Crone with 60, and Jillian Plymell with 10.
Second game
Final score: Pattonsburg 140, Albany 280
The first game seemed to be a setback for the Panthers, who were never able to stay competitive in this game past the first quarter, when they only trailed by 10.
Scorers were Jillian Plymell with 50, Ryelin Hulet with 40, and Quincy Crone with 10.
